Hi everyone, I have a huge CSV file with hundreds of contacts that I need to import to my phone and email clients. I’m worried about losing important details like emails and phone numbers. Has anyone successfully done CSV to VCF conversion without errors? Any tips on mapping fields correctly, especially with different vCard versions?

I had the same struggle when trying to transfer over a thousand contacts from a CSV file to my phone. After trying multiple tools the only one that worked perfectly was GainTools CSV to vCard Converter. It made the entire process easy and accurate, keeping every field intact even custom ones like company and job title. What I liked most was how clean the output looked after CSV to VCF converter. No duplicates, no formatting errors, and all contacts imported smoothly into my device. Before the complete transformation, I experimented with several entries to verify the mapping. It is quick, secure and compatible with all important vCard versions such as 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0.
